We worked closely with Aspire Housing to help them centre their new workplace around bringing people together in a purpose built environment. By taking a user centered approach we were able to boost collaboration, strengthen culture, and redefine the way the space can now be used.
Health and wellness emerged as a major component of this project, influencing decisions and shaping its outcome. Environmental considerations were at the centre of the scheme, using sustainable products and materials throughout to achieve a workplace that has purpose, belonging and a platform to thrive.
